Our scope of expertise is within the central coast of California. Property management for long-term rentals costs 10%, payable monthly. Finders fees are negotiable. Property management for Vacation Rentals are charged 18% of gross collected rents.
Cost of licensing the vacation rental is passed down to the property owner(s), however we are able to act on behalf of our clients to attempt obtaining a business license/transient occupancy license from start to finish for a non-refundable fee.

With almost 10 years of loan signing and banking experience, I assist with helping others with their Notarial needs. I can also provide consumer loan consulting.
I have plenty of hands on experience which has provided me with an in-depth knowledge of various types of consumer loans, loan processing, underwriting, collections, as well as understanding of departmental policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service. My Creative Side
It’s not “all work and no play,” I have a creative side which is more of a hobby, however I do freelance work in the following subjects: graphic design, computer animation, web design, corporate identity, murals, paintings, digital prints, photography, wedding videos, and sculpture.
